Shrove Tuesday, or Pancake Day, is on 21 February, and here are some pancake recipes to choose from. Whether you like your pancakes thick or thin, bite-sized or ball-shaped, I’ve got you covered!

We typically make French Crêpes for Shrove Tuesday and serve it as lunch, and then I will make Vietnamese Sizzling Crêpes for dinner to complete the pancake theme.

I happen to think my Kaiserschmarrn recipe is great for a crowd - you bake a giant pancake in the oven and then shred it before serving.

And I know the Danes typically only make Aebleskivers at Christmas, but my kids love them so much that I make them throughout the winter.
